John is responsible for the overall direction of corporate activities and the quality of field services. Mr. Sohl also has responsibility for the capital structure and business development of COLUMBIA. He has 25 years of experience in senior technical project management and business development and is a former nuclear-submarine captain. Mr. Sohl holds a BS in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Kevin supports our customers in the Southeastern and Gulf regions of the U.S.  His experience includes 15 years in geotechnical and environmental sampling and analyses.  He has served as a business owner and a Regional Manager for a leading geotechnical services firm.  His experience in cone penetrometer and other direct sensing data collection is second to none.  Kevin holds a B.S. in Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
