In her new role, Penny will directly manage the operations of COLUMBIA's certified mobile laboratory services.
Penny brings 18 years of laboratory, environmental project management, and safety professional experience to our team including laboratory director of a municipal wastewater laboratory.

Based in Rockledge, Florida, the addition of Penny brings direct customer support to COLUMBIA’s customers in the Southeast. Penny is a Certified Safety Professional and holds a B.S. in Ocean Studies at the Maine Maritime Academy, an M.S. in Environmental Management with University of Maryland University College.
